These privacy terms sets out how satoshiify ("we") gathers, uses and protects personal data when you use and Services. We serve as the data controller for that information.
What we collect. Identity and contact data and comparable identifiers plus verification files mandated by law. Additionally stored: trade and settlement records, technical logs and helpdesk threads. EU/UK lawful bases: contract fulfilment, complying with law, plus legitimate interest.
How we use data. Running your account, settling positions, meeting compliance, countering fraud, and platform security, and opt-in product messages carrying easy opt-out.
Sharing. Data goes only to operating vendors (custody, payments, KYC), regulators upon lawful request, and anonymized metrics. We never sell personal data.
Retention & security. Data is kept for account activity plus legal windows (often five to seven years for transaction records). Security: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit and ISO 27001-checked access governance.
